To honour the 24 Canadians lost during the 9/11 attacks, the Rev’d Rafiq Messih, alongside parishioners Brenda Hunt-Stevenson and Sonia F. Williams, rang the 1936 New York City bell at St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Harbour Grace, NL, 24 times.
